Bac Fu Do Kung Fu taught by Grandmaster Sifu David Crook. Combining elements of Wing Chun, Northern Shaolin styles, Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Choy Lay Fut and White Crane Kung Fu. Sifu David Crook is the creater of Bac Fu Do and has many black belts. In 1974, Sifu Crook founded Australia's first and longest running Martial Arts Multi Style Camp, which over the years has attracted practitioners from Karate, Jujutsu, Tae Kwon Do, Ninjutsu, Atemi Jutsu, Wing Chun, Choy Lay Fut, Pai Lum, Shaolin, Hsing i, Pa Kua/Bagua, Tai Chi, Tang Soo Do, Tang Shou Tao, Chin Na, Wushu, Aikido, JKD, Lin Wan Kune Do, CQB and other arts. Sifu Crook also taught Police Officer Survival and Defensive Tactics for the Australian Federal Police Force. Sifu Crook was one of the founders of the Australian Kung Fu (Wu Shu) Federation and, today, is the Federation's Senior Vice President.
